What is the quickest false assumption people make about you?
Submitted by JJ.
Marion McKinnon told her friends that I was a person born with male and female organs and that I had an operation to become a female. There may have been several reasons for the lie. I don't know why she told the lie. There was a show last night, a documentary about a boy that lost his penis in circumcision that the parents were told to raise as a girl. So, he went from Brian ?Meiller to Brenda. And, his brother committed suicide and at the end of the documentary he walks through a field of wheat and shoots himself as protrayed by an actor and I said to myself, "he is not dead." Did he come into a studio begging for a job? Did the studio give him another ID? Annie Fields can give a new ID, CIA can give new ID's. She may have told the lie because at one time I worked in Montreal 1967 in a hospital lab as a volunteer doing research on dna and sperm and I felt extremely sorry for men who had lost their penis because a judge thought that was a good idea for a way to dispense justice for imaginary wrongs and perhaps for right wrongs. I also worked in the lab at a university doing research. That was how the embryos were created I think but I am not totally sure. There was a breakin at the university lab and bottles were mixed together from various research stations. Someone had placed a camera over my work station as I was researching a plague that would later be called HIV because I thought that some of the problem with the future called HIV may have to do with blood types used in vaccinations that would introduce the D gene into the negative blood line, that being that the negative does not contain it (I think)and dna and trying to figure out if a transplant drug could be made that would help repair damaged penis with the help of whale bone bandages shaved off ever so thinly to reattach the penis. I never worked with female eggs. I would never have deliberately operated on a woman to gather eggs for dna research. It wouldn't have made sense.
At any rate, Edith Kennedy had called me to inform me that I had left a bottle at the Estelle Parsons home that she was living in and should she throw it away. And, "I noticed that it was less cloudy and something seemed to be moving." I had removed the bottle and all my equipment after the breakin at the univercity where the camera equipped was found to Ethel's.
"It's an embryo."
There were similair vials and bottles. Robert Kennedy was still alive and he thought that we should dump the bottle outside. He removed the bottle from his home and pushed it over but I felt sorry for the embryo. I was separated from my husband, lost a baby that I called Greensleeves because his father liked green shirts, in the middle of a divorce, and it wasn't exactly a Christian thing. "Walk away from it," Robert had said.
But I knew it existed. If it was a bottle at the university I could have walked away from it. It was not my bottle. I did not work with female eggs...just sperm and blood and urine samples and skin tissue. Does knowing of the embryo's existence constitute deliberate sin? I felt sorry for it. There were others because Natalie had called me. Several surrogates including Ethel having one or two. Jane Mixer was a surrogate and the two other Detroit women who were called "hookers" and "on their menses" as blood was coming from the vagina. Did they just deliver a baby or did someone shove a knife into their vagina? And, a pamphlet is placed on Jane Mixer, a legal document, describing "innocence due to being mentally insane". They would get off in court.
I did not look down on people born male nor female. Marion may have said jokingly, "that was because she is one of them."
They can't have babies. People with both sexes are sterile. Intervention would mean that a blood sample may be taken and eggs and sperm but the baby would share the same fate as the sheep. Old dna would die according to it's pattern. One cannot create a new life span from old dna or so it is thought.
I believe in Jesus. Marion McKinnon's lies cannot hurt me forever.
Sandra Bullock was placed with Billy Graham's care be it babysitters. I have had a host of babysitters and homes throughout my childhood...a regular Anne of Green Gables type person. I stopped looking for the perfect home around 1970. I was much too old to be adopted by anyone. And, Elsie and Mel Wigle were always there, imperfect, but there nontheless. Elsie was the cold time. After all, boundaries must be established. And, like Marnie's mother, she cringed at being touched. But, Elsie was not a prostitute, not an almost prostitute, she was a saint...just ask the policemen and detectives that she worked with at the Windsor police station. She would dust even in the elevator. "Ummm....Mrs. Wigle....ummm...your petticott is showing," said the policeman jokingly as Elsie reached up to dust off the police surveillance camera. How humiliating!?! Even women in their fifties can be made to blush. I expect she went to church that night at the Pentecostal Church on University. That being, that Elsie went six times to church in a week, twice on Sundays, morning and evening.
She died from scleroderma and never even knew that some JW elders and their wives thought that it just might be possible that Iris, lowlifer that she is, just "might be a person of two sexes?" It is hard to associate with two sex people. They don't get hired or do they?
I supported a person for a Robin Williams movie that wore lipstick and pink dresses. When I first met this unemployable person, I felt such an extreme sense of pity. He wasn't really gay. He had a wife and a son. He just was short and too squeaky and just didn't have muscles or much for his resume but when he explained it all to me I knew exactly where he should be placed in a movie.
I didn't go to Hollywood often...usually only when a suspicious death had occurred, and if I knew the person well enough to verify that it might be Ann Margaret or whoever. And for a woman calling herself by the name of another actress when arrested....that being Claudine Longet, Sinead O'Connor going to Rwanda person.
I would rush in and would have enough time between a plane arriving and another taking off to be back at home to make supper for Dennis who may have been to busy golfing. And, there would be this list of people that no one would see, not any actor, actress, manager or studio and a list would be sent out to everyone including me. A young man sits impatiently outside a studio office, "a man turns to a receptionist and says to her, "just tell her that Jim Morrision is here to see her."
The moment he walked in I had no doubt where I would place him. "I have to go to England, " I said to him, "I am running there right now if you want to speak with me you will have to talk to me in the taxi to the airport.
He wasn't Jim Morrison at all. He was too young and well, Jim has this real slow walk and demeanor.
He gave me the story of his life. He wasn't the poor gutter snip type. He didnt' really need a job but "I always wanted to act" and told me all the reasons his dull life was so empty. I turned to him as he followed me to a plane. Within feet of the plane, I turned to him and said, "Well, if you are real sincere about wanting to act, you will have to come with me right now to France."
"Like this?"
Exactly, like that. From the moment I glanced at his feet up to his curly long locks I knew who he was to become...my Senator Kennedy and Ethel in a movie called, Mans Field Park or Mansfield Park and didn't Marnie give that look at the end, "my bags are already packed."
No one is completely unemployable. They just need someone to be kind to them.
And, it doesn't go by looks.
The studio called me when I was on a visit to "come take a look". Executives and directors lined up around the security television sets and were just howling with laughter. On the set was lines and rows and rows of Barbie Dolls and big breasts, blond hair, and curves. Getting closer and closer was a woman completely the opposite...not just a black woman but an extremely black woman with no hair virutally at all. She had shaved it almost off, large body person with no natural model skills. "Her name is Esther."
I always liked the name Esther. I think that Elsie wanted Iris to be Esther. She got the part.
